Start Here

  • Be as specific as possible with examples.
  • Be honest, but not cruel.
  • When giving negative feedback:
    • Be sure to give it in a timely fashion. Don’t “hold onto” feedback for weeks or months. Deal with the issue as it arises.
    • Be kind and patient.
    • Give clear examples and actions they can take to improve (see list below)
